How do I charge my vehicle?

Here is a simple step by step guide to charging your vehicle.

1. Find your preferred charging point.

2. Ensure that your vehicle is compatible with the charging port (We are compatible with CCS, CHAdeMo and type two) – It will be obvious to you to match the plug port on the charger and the design of the charging point on your vehicle.

3. Connect the charging point to your vehicle.

4. Tap your RFID card (read how to receive your RFID card) on the charging point to commence charge.

5. The charger will automatically start to charge.

6. Check the screen for progress on charge.

7. When the desired charge has been reached, remove the charging point from your vehicle.

8. That’s it, Drive away safety!
